Caterpillar London Zoo
March 2006 (ongoing)
This huge caterpillar forms the entrance to “Butterfly Paradise” for London Zoo. His head and tail are attached as the entry and exit to the poly tunnel that houses the tropical butterflies and moths. Viewers are invited to walk through the tunnel filled with plants and free flying butterflies! This has proved to be the zoo’s most visited attraction. |
